Fortnightly coaching calls/Q&A
Our fortnightly coaching calls will provide you with an opportunity to connect with Darcia and our expert guests on a regular basis. During these calls, you will have a safe and supportive space to discuss your progress, your challenges, and your goals.
We will provide you with personalised guidance and strategies to help you overcome obstacles and move forward in your healing journey. The monthly calls are also there to hold you accountable for your actions and provide you with the motivation and support you need to stay focused and committed.
Weekly workouts
As a member you will have access to 3 workouts every week that are designed to be challenging, fun, effective and take into account the stress on the nervous system from trauma experiences.
Trauma has a profound impact on both the body and the mind. Traumatic experiences can cause a dysregulation of the nervous system and lead to physical symptoms such as chronic pain, fatigue, and gastrointestinal issues. Trauma can also lead to emotional symptoms such as anxiety, depression, and a feeling of disconnection from the self and others.
So, one of the most effective ways to address the physical and emotional symptoms of trauma is through exercise. Regular exercise has been shown to release endorphins, which are natural painkillers and mood enhancers. Exercise also helps to regulate the nervous system and reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression.

I have designed these modules with the goal of helping you find clarity, build resilience, and overcome any obstacle that comes your way. New modules will also be continually uploaded every month.
